Launching of the event Goût de France/Good France in Paramaribo
The Embassy of France in relations with the Chefs’ Association of Suriname held on March 7th in the premises of Alliance Française a press conference to launch the operation Goût de France / Good France. The event to be held worldwide on March 21st will see for the first time the participation of three known restaurants in Paramaribo.
The three chefs could present to the press and to the public the menus that they will propose based on the principles of French cuisine with local ingredients. A cocktail prepared by students of a hospitality/ restaurant school of Paramaribo gave a taste to the event by offering fine dishes reflecting the cuisine and French culture, all items accompanied by cheeses and wines of France. This evening has brought together professionals and lovers of quality food for friendly exchanges.
